Agreed. We are ONE of the best teams in european competiton but lets not foreget this is a cup competion, we were marginally second best tonight and paid for it.

As I said in the Andy f**king Gray thread why the f**k should any of us care what a commentator or presenter has to say ? Now I know he is a hairy biased c**t but does this make us finish higher or lower in the league ?, did it put us out against Chelsea ? We all know the answer is no, so why in gods name does it bother you ? At the end of the day all you're doing is reacting to media spin and nobody wants to do that. Let them talk, let them be biased. Why ? Did I defend Andy Gray ? Nope, I just said that I didn't think there was any point in moaning about what is effectively Sky propaganda. I'm with Ant on this one, why on earth would any Liverpool supporter care what the commentator had said tonight ? It has zero influence on anything. He's a knob alright but it doesn't change anything, I hate all these nonsense threads on here about Gray this and Keys that, Redknapp said blah and Souness didn't back us. Why don't you all f**king man up a bit and get over this petty balls.

F**K this, In one of the other threads I said we shouldn''t blame anyone tonight but I just saw Drogba's second again and Riise should never, ever play for us again. Awful defending.

Lets not forget that this tie was a two logged affair, over the two legs we were the better the team. We didn't get through, such is life. Tonight is not a night for blaming anyone, plenty of players were well below par but lets leave that for another day.

Until he can prove his performance during the warmup I don't think he should even be considered.

As a load of people have already said the key is don't concede, keep this in mind and then try to get a goal or two to really put them under the pressure at theirs. Would be great to be 2-0 up and able to play our own game at theirs, solid defense and counter-attacking football.
