He started at LB and was at fault for both goals. He switched to LM in the 2nd half but didn't really influence the game.

Over the course of last season he improved in all three of those areas (forget the two games of crap passing). Agree be is no CB though.

And how many of them were as a left winger? I think Voronin is going to spend more time in that deeper role and that will help Kuyt to live up to the 20+20 role he had elsewhere.
