i don't know if i'm on the "100% convinced" bus but i've said it recently and i don't mind repeating it - i wouldn't swap him for anyone else at the moment.. yes there are concerns but under Rafa, Kenny etc there were concerns too.. there always will be because opinions are the nature of the game.. but overall i think we're playing the best football in the league, we're up there challenging and i think after the Being Liverpool thing shed him in a Brent-ish style light he's beginning to look and sound like what i'd expect from a Liverpool manager.. i also think we should be judging him this season on points total rather than if we get into the top four.. the reason being simply that there's about 6 or 7 teams that could get into that top four this season whereas its more often than not a closed shop with the occasional Spurs challenge..

my concern is that they've put in place wage restrictions, certain types of player (young/potential) etc etc and they'll see that "its working".. they may think what they've done so far has got us to here and why do more?? i think the majority of us would agree that we are another one or two injuries away from being f***ed (the 'one' being Luis obviously!) - i hope they see that.. i hope they see that if they put a few quid in - and (again, obviously!) we get the right players in to fill the first team as opposed to the squad, then we have a chance.. and forget top four - i mean the league.. i've seen nothing to tell me that there's an out and out favourite.. play this right and we've got a f***ing good chance..

yeah 'terrible' probably not the right word there.. i just get frustrated with him sometimes cos, despite all my initial concerns, he looks potentially world class and this is the only area i see fault with.. but y'know, as i say, as long as he's knocking them in and we're winning he can do what the f*** he likes..

i love him an everything but there's one thing that nags away at me... he makes terrible decisions when attacking - it's like his first thought is to go himself but then realises he doesn't have the space but by the time he's come to release the ball to another player the opposition are back in numbers and therefore his pass is either back or sideways.. he's too slow to put someone else in.. saying that, i couldn't give a f*** as long as his goals win games he can be greedy all he likes..

it was an incredible goal.. thought it was a touch too high at one point but it just dropped lovely.. like the Lord had answered the boys prayer..
