no, i f***in love him now.. had my doubts in the beginning, i wanted someone with experience both in leagues & europe, but as i said a few months ago i wouldn't swap him for anyone.. i wouldn't be arsed if we gave him a new contract now - he deserves it in my eyes.. we're playing the best footy in the league and he deserves a few more years - plus backing in the transfer market - to see how far he can take us.. i'm all in with B-Rod.. all f***ing in.. this is it for me too.. just blast past the no-marks and match up with the other challengers and see where that takes us..

Absolutely..... ...which is where i 'kind of' see the issue lies for FSG.. i think they've paid out big in the beginning (arguable i know but..) thinking they could box us off and as that didn't work, and they've had their fingers burned, they're reluctant to go again (or at least they seem reluctant considering the balls ups of the last few transfer windows).. they're not in it enough with us to throw money at it til it works.. which in some ways i think "fine f*** you then" but in other ways i get pissed off when i look at it thinking that we seem to be following strategies set down by them - in conjunction with Comolli and Commitee's - that mean we target certain players.. so in the end, isn't the failure ultimately their fault? i'd like them to pay what it takes to rectify any mistakes in transfers etc, get us challenging and invest to keep us there..

then you'll have to explain buddy.. the way i see it is dead simple - as wrong as some might think it is.. if we want to compete - and i mean seriously compete (at home and abroad) - then we need to fight fire with fire and get a sugar daddy type owner.. our current strategy of buying young potential will only take us so far.. we need money to get there in my opinion..

that would be nice.. but i'd prefer us to buy at Aguero/Suarez levels over Aspas-type levels any day..

i'd f***ing love minted owners who would pay out for World Class players and have us challenging every season.. this season's been f***ing boss, every game meaning something still.. i'd love it every year.. if you want self sustaining nearly-men who can't close deals then fair enough.. i want to challenge and see the best players at Anfield and would love owners that could deliver that on an annual basis..
