The only decision that has gone our way this season is when we were 2-0 up against Wigan. Wigan defender passes a long high ball to the left, it hits Suarez slightly and goes out of play. We get the throw in and some seconds later we score the third goal. Not a game changing decision because we were 2-0 up by then but this is the only one I can remember since the season started. But in almost every game we have had big decisions against us. We have been jinxed for a long long time, where is the guy with the stories about Rafa and the Gypsies ? I'm starting to believe some of it now....

I still think he's signing for Tottenham but there is a rumour that LFC have upped their contract offer for him.... Don´t know how much truth there is in this though.

Well I didn´t say he would make or break our season but I still think its not good to miss out on this player to Spurs. And yes he probably knows who is going to be the next manager at Spurs and yes they are offering him too much money but this is still not good in my opinion. But lets move onto the next target and hope that some very good players will be signed this summer.

Well its not just that its Sigurdsson, its the fact that managerless Spurs are outbidding us for a player that looked certain to be joining us a week ago. A player our new manager knows very very well and probably wants to sign him very much. Sigurdsson is a player who seems to fit like a glove with the Premier League and god knows he con shut. The bearded guy above also knows a player who can shut outside the box is something we need to add to our attacking play. A 22 year old player of this calibre, proven in the PL for only 8 million pounds is something I´m not happy about missing out to Spurs who are a big rival to us for a top four spot and have finished above us for the last two or three seasons.

I really think we need some kind of update from Mjölnir right now... although Gylfi's father said this morning on the radio that nothing will be announced until after the weekend (or July 1st which is Sunday). I´ve always had this gut feeling that he would not join LFC and everything points at THFC at the moment.

I´ve been known for informing people about off topic threads before, you can count on me, I´m following this like a hound. And by the way, although I´m Icelandic I don´t have any inside information about Gylfi Sigurdsson but my gut feeling is that he will not sign for Liverpool.
