And back to the original post. Having not seen it or anything related to it (!) I can only speculate on what they may be trying to do. As they know none of us would touch it with a placky bargepole, is this a clever way of sticking two fingers up to Merseyside and fabricating (I know, what are the odds) an issue where none exists? And what does the rest of the country think? Do they think there may be a Liverpool-Everton rivalry at the heart of this? We've already seen pointless and unhelpful speculation over the Madelaine McCann disappearance and the papers looking for any angle to keep the issue in the news to sell papers. Lastly, we already know how bitter and twisted some deluded Evertonians are, could this actually cause some of them to become even more bitter and twisted? Like I say, none of us have seen it but this type of s***e may have the potential to cause repercussions for the future.
