for the first 30 mins we dominated then for some reason went to pieces really disheartende by the 2nd half performance not the repsonse we'd all hope for. one of our worst performances of the seaosn but we must dust ourselvs off & get on with it we're in a rut, right now i'm thinking about holding on for 4th tahn anything. we're in poor form & our big players just aren't performing as they should. perfect timing for a uptrun against untied & benfica - f*** the league role on the trophies

Collymore was good with both feet. My memory might be poor but didn't Andreas Brehme take pens with his supposed weaker foot?

mixed on this one. last game of a tough set of fixtures & I'm not too sure i'd like to play Bolton on a hard pitch. Would provide a little rest for the lads. but we're in cracking form & it'd be an excellent result to get another win there + wouldn't want extra fixture congestion towards the end of the season.

I'd possibly still keep Riise at left back since i've been very impressed with his performances there recently. Only changes I'd make are Sissoko for Garcia or Kewell and Cisse for Nando. What i really like about the Crouch/Cisse partnership is that the defence can neither hold a high or deep line. High line and they'll be prone to the ball over the top for Djib but if they defend deep it'll play right into Crouchie's hands.

never been impressed with Cameronesi. Reminds me a bit of Houghton only not as good. Not sure a move to Italy would suit Joaquin either.

Doesn't suprise me Isn't just the blues**** either. The mancs are just as worse (particularly when one is gloating about their imminent departure from Europe in a pub full of the t***s )

Nando's worked extremely hard in the past couple of months. Also great to see Kewell closing down & chasing 'lost causes'. Moro's hold up play & pass to kewell for the 2nd was top, top quality.

spot on over the f***ing top my a***. its called sticking up for team mates & its great to see. After the tackle on Didi the players were bound to be protective against such lunges (not that i'm comparing the two challenges)

reminded me of my youth days today. when some of the s***test teams in the league had goood keepers. They'd pull of some awesome saves but it still didn't prevent his team getting beat 19-0.

Had to laugh at Rooney playing centre back in injury time. with a bit more composure from Mcfadden Everton could & should have won.

thats the s***test arguement i've ever heard. the end result is the only important one but it does not mean you deserved it or not. People really do underestimate the role of luck in football.
