  1. The reverse mocker. Hardest move in the game, but you've executed it with aplomb.
  2. Two absolutely superb performances in a row.
  3. I think we can add Iain Dowie to that list. My girlfriend thought we were watching ManuTV.

  5. Yep. It really doesn't matter who we get if we play the away leg first.
  6. Mascherano Torres Gerrard Aurellio
  7. He was never much going forward, but as I recall he was a really good left back, better than anyone we've had since.
  8. Perhaps I spoke too soon
  9. Kuyt won me over on his debut, then lost me, but has won me over again. But am not sure he counts cause he was good right from the off. I also thought G Vignal looked decent. That Yossi is no worse than Garcia, and that if Agger wasn't made of glass, I'd definitely take him over Skrtel. Always thought Keane was a waster though, and he proved me right. Nothing too controversial there... Now for some embarrassing ones... I thought Phil Babb might be good based on WC '94, but it turns out that it was Paul McGrath was just insanely good, and Babb was utter s**** (slapsitck comedy aside). <And drum roll please> I probably would have picked Tevez over Torres based on Tevez looking decent in the league for West Ham. Doubt anyone can top that
  10. A few good ones, but top 3... Yossi (mostly for his goal) Masch Alonso
  11. Twas. As was not allowing that corner to be taken 20 seconds into first half stoppage time.

  15. If fat Sam's Blackburn had had got a draw yesterday and we'd won today, I think we may have been a win at Old Trafford away from topping the league, close to the business end of the season. It's a weak title challenge, but I think it counts as the bare minimum for this season. I agree we've not been convincing, and the listless predictable draws at home have to raise some questions, but he's done enough to be allowed more time. Specially given the lack of suitable / available alternatives.
  16. We're definitely closer. Still a way off, and we may not get there with Rafa but he has improved the team over the last five years.
  17. Disappointing day all round.
  18. That's a cheery thought. To be fair Rafa is pretty good at moving players on.

  22. He is the main reason they get more than their fare share of decisions.
  23. How can I not agree? You've made such a compelling point.
  24. I see what you did there. Very clever. I'm just disappointed Pederson didn't man up and have shot. I blame him not some FA conspiracy.
