Very nice interview from Gerrard. He's definitely matured as a person. By what definition one is an outsider and insider? What positions are off limits and what positions are ok for "outsiders"? Is Steve Clarke an insider or outsider now? Promoting people from within have its obvious merits but only works when there're enough good people - by good, it means TOP, which is what Liverpool Football Club should aspire for and expect.
