  1. Really pathetic post. Jesus Christ you need to stop watching Sky Sports, or learn to think for yourself instead of regurgitating whatever sh!te is being spewed by the media this week.
  2. Does anyone have an email address for the Premier League? I want to write to them as I feel they should be doing something to prevent Hicks refinancing and crippling a British sporting institution. For them to meekly allow that to happen when the consequences are quite clear is disgraceful. Surely they have a duty to protect the teams in their league or at least be vocal in their objections.
  3. Don't the reports this morning state that Hicks wants a refinancing deal signed by the begining of October? Therefore isn't the Sunderland game the one to take action on? October 3rd may already be too late.
  4. Am at the Sunderland game and am more than happy to take part in any walkout or late entance into the ground. Would take part in a blockade or most other organised action too. We NEED to take action now, this is the most crucial few weeks in the club's history for a long while - If Hicks refinances it spells disaster for our club.
  5. If you don't bank with RBS or one of it's subsiduries, rather than pointlessly opening an account just to close it, shouldn't those people pledge not to bank or buy mortgages from RBS in future if they allow refinancing which cripples our club?
  6. £2.5m for a cr*p keeper to sit on the bench is bad business in any situation, but when we're struggling for cash...
  7. Yep would much rather sign him than Carlton Cole if we're going for someone in that bracket.
  8. If we end up paying nearly as much on Carlton Cole as Spurs do on Ashley Young, or the Mancs do on Jack Rodwell, then I will despair. Ashley Young would be perfect for us...
  9. Would definitely play my part in any blockade or protest. We can't take this lying down anymore, and are being forced into more drastic action to defend our club.
  10. Did a quick Google search and found it:
  11. Thought the 'Ta Rafa La' banner on the Kop was class whoever made that one. Does anyone have a photo of it?
  12. Oh FFS here we go again...
  13. Would love us to sign Ashley Young, think he'd be great for us. Would be nice to sign a young player with a lot of potential too rather than another 30 year old. Wouldn't mind swapping Mascherano for Poulsen and Young.
  14. How do you replace a player like that though? We never really replaced Hansen until Hyypia came along, and he was always going to be difficult to replace once he did leave. Players like that come around once a generation if you're lucky.
  15. Would be so nice after they've spent all summer trying to unsettle Torres if it ended up with us signing Tevez from them! Maybe Mascherano would change his mind if that happened too.
  16. You're the Huang that I want, You are the Huang I want, Ooh, ooh, ooh honey.

  18. After watching that friendly I got 'Le Tallec' on the back of my shirt and was sure we'd signed the new Zidane. I was wrong.

  20. Some good news at last.
  21. I wondered the same when we bought Babel. Hope Remy is the real deal, but if he's that good why aren't the Mancs, Chelsea, Real after him? We need decent back-up for Torres though.
  22. I know it's early days and all that, but he's starting to p*ss me off already, with his not wanting to upset Fergie, or Fulham by bringing Hangeland with him. If that's his attitude then I'm even more convinced his stay will be a short and pretty disastrous one. Not even convinced the club is genuinely up for sale.
  23. F***. Ing. Hell. Goodnight.
  24. If he starts off badly then the supporters now know that Kenny Dalglish would be willing to take the job, and quite rightly will be calling for him to take over within months. Ridiculous to give him a three year contract in the circumstances, but everything is ridiculous about the club at the moment. The only person involved in the selection process with any footballing background, nevermind any connection to Liverpool's glorious history, was Kenny Dalglish, and it looks like his opinions have been completely ignored! Shambles.
