Feel sorry for Rafa having to try and keep the team competitive when working in that sort of atmosphere and being belittled and undermined. To think we were on our way to our second Champions league final in three years when those muppets took charge.

I think his biggest problem is the price we paid for him and that's not his fault. If we'd paid his true value of around £10m then he'd have had a decent first season as a squad player settling into the team. But for £20m you expect a player of Suarez's ability and that's our fault for overpaying.

Can you imagine the media outcry if Liverpool had won that game and Suarez had celebrated in front of Evra the way Evra did at the end of the match?! He was damned whatever happened and now the owners have hung him out to dry too. He'll now be wanting to leave in the summer and who can blame him?
