The concern is that you can’t feel good about this as a player. At some point you start to lose faith in leadership because a lot of players will look at it more of a system or organizational problem rather than a personal performance problem. It doesn’t matter whether that’s accurate or not. One of Pep’s strongest qualities is his ruthless pursuit of organizational desire that leaves no doubt in the players’ mind.
