Completley agree with this, so much so instead of letting other people do it i'm setting up my own under 8's team now,as i'm sick of what i'm seeing week in week out. Not an easy process, sorting out affiliation,taking the relevant child protection courses,kits,training gear,training location,club code of conduct , a lot more to it than i thought if your going to do it properly. I'm going to aim for charter standard within 18 months. A Level 1 coaching course is £145 , you can get get that within a few weeks if everyone is contributing as they should and all parents want to see the club and their children develop.Before you can take the course you have to pass the relevant child protection and welfare officer courses but the FA are currently funding these so all that costs is a few hours in time of an evening. Any advice on pitfalls i may look to avoid are welcome. How's your team getting on ?

We need to attack, we need more ideas in the final third, we need to take more chances. Is Benitez the man for the job ? Yes in my opinion, it'll come good. The annoying thing is we could be winning the league despite uniteds recent form if we had turned those home draws into wins, i don't think it's for want of trying, i think were missing something in the final third. We are attacking as a unit, defending as a unit, some of our players (mainly out wide imo) just don't have the skill/ability to break teams down/beat a man when the opposition have 10 men behind the ball at Anfield, and the more we press the more we leave ourselves open to the counter attack. Theres also a hell of a lot of misplaced passes these days at Anfield against the lower opposition sides, maybe a sign of the fans frustration getting through to the players ?

According to me mate who's sister was on duty at Alder Hey, there was a young lad there in a Man U top , Carra was givin' out LFC pressies when he came to this young lad and told him he couldn't have any pressies cos' they were all LFC stuff, leaving the lad feeling a bit gutted.
