Surely, if Wes was given a three year contract, he'd still be worth 5-10 M if he was to be sold, and had a decent stay. Or worthy of another contract. It's not like he suddenly turns to s*** when turning 30 ( even though i turned to s*** at 19 myself)

Wouldn't mind Torres back for a reasonable fee. He's learned his lesson. Won something, but being a small kegg in the machinery that achieved it. Suarez is three times the player Torres is now, but Torres was a beast 2-3 seasons ago. He'll never be the same player, but damn it he'd be an option!

What would a chairman do, in this sort of club, and would Kenny fit? One thing is the footballing and "Liverpool Through & through" side of things, where he almost is over qualified. What with other aspects of such a position? Just asking, I don't have any knowledge of these business positions, as a blue collar worker in a white collar job. Would love to see Kenny back, in a role that MATTERS!

I've enjoyed this Never thought Downing would do anything at all for us....ever! I like Suso. Things happens around him even when he's not playing particulary well (though had a great game tonight). And Enrique....must have been wrestling bulls for a living in his hidden past. he could fence off a Hummer if he wanted to. Captain is again almost fantastic... Brilliant!

I really had hopes of someone more of a "edge- of -the -seat" -signing than Sturridge or Walcott. Someone foreign and good. Or just foreign. We need someone special, not just someone who can do a job. 2/3'rds av all signings the last 3 years have been underwhelming/ Underperforming. Now we need a diamond, a gem, someone who can boost the morale of players and fans

I get aggressive whem I see Downing on the team sheet. He doesn't f***ing care, plodding about. And Stevie; he's given up the Title, has he given up all together? he's been more into it as the game passes. But he's not been up to his high standard this season

Pacheco must be s*** during training sessions, 'cause he ain't getting many games. personally, I think he's not been any less good than say Borini or Suso. Anyone heard anything about off-field antics or incidents?
