I'll give you Andorra, San Marino and Gibraltar. Though Iceland hasn't played against the latter two. Iceland's record against Luxembourg is W4-D3-L0. But our last game (in 2009) ended in a draw, and the last and only time we won with two goals (never done better than that) was in 1976. vs. Liechtenstein - It's W4-D2-L1. We lost a game in the qualifiers in 2007. The record against Malta is surprisingly good though. W10-D1-L3. But as you can see... we still lost three games of which the last one was in 2008. So even if we have a decent record against these teams I wouldn't say we are light-years ahead. I still sort of agree with you but I still worry about how you'd decide on who's a minnow and what about the people in those nations who might actually be really proud of only losing against England 2-0 at Wembley? We just saw what the "minnow" Iceland did at the Euros this summer. Before the competition you could hear a lot of people complaining about teams exactly like Iceland being able to take part. It supposedly dropped the quality of the game. (yes, I might be overly sensitive regarding all this exactly because I'm from one of those small nations )
