Its dangerous to assume we will always come up trumps against the better sides. The crowd and players may be more up for it but the games are often decided based on fine margins. It only needs an early piece of magic by Ozil or Sanchez and it could all unravel given our brittle temperament.
I agree with us. It's the games where we've been up against two banks of four happy to defend deep and wait for a set piece/counter that have been that issue. That wasn't Spurs last night.
We are the top scorers aren't we? If we share the goals around, it's ok. Ps There is no way Sturridge puts in such a selfless display. I doubt it crossed Klopp's mind that he should start this game.
He isn't really. Too often Wijnaldum plays within himself. Can usually tries to do something positive and judging by Klopp's comments this morning it sounds like his form this season has been impacted by continuing calf problems.
I don't think that necessarily down to the injury. He sees a lot of the ball in his position but doesn't do enough with it. Too often he is happy to pass on the responsibility to others to do something positive. I know that's an unpopular opinion to hold on here but its true.
He's had a slump recently but he is a young player and is not alone in being out of sorts. He still shows courage in wanting the ball and trying to do something positive with it, which you can't always say about our midfielders.
He and Daniel Harris are more like fanzine contributors than journalists. You will do well to find an article by Harris on any topic that doesn't somehow shoehorn in some reference to Utd.
