I can't express how disappointed i am in him at the moment. Having read all the articles it doesn't take a genius to work out what happened and how he was probably provoked into retaliating and im sure that the rest of us would have done the same having been in that situation but Steven Gerrard is not the rest of us. He is the captain of Liverpool Football Club. He has a few responsibilities away from playing football in return for that £120k a week and one of those is to be held accountable to the highest scrutiny, to set an example to the rest of youths of the city and up and down the country and to not be out drinking at 2:30 in the morning during the season, if ever during his career. Of course he will have my full support and his character, reputation and achievements away from the game are something we should all be proud of. Here is hoping that he isn't guilty of anything.
