    Tricky decision for them whether to stick or twist though. In terms of getting them challenging, he is the first to do that since peak Wenger. However they keep falling short. They could change manager and do worse though, whilst attempting to get better

    iirc I don't think they limited length of contract, they limited how long transfer fees could be amortised over. So you can sign a player on a 7 year deal, but amortise over 5. Seems odd to sign him for that long, if there are genuinely no exit clauses. Almost feels like some of the baseball contracts

    8 offsides so far this season, compared to 33 last. So he has improved a lot. For those that want Isak, he is currently 4th most offside in the league

    Shows the folly of appointing someone who can only play one way, especially at the busiest time of year when there is no real time to train. They now limp through to the summer when he will have time during pre-season, except his credibility will be damaged by all the bad results in the meantime. Meanwhile he has a group of players who have shown before that they will down tools to get a manager sacked. It's absolutely toxic. It's absolutely fantastic!

    Did we try to flog him as he wasn't signing a contract and didn't want to lose him on a free? And not aware of the mum thing, what was the timing there? Perhaps he already wanted the change of scene, hence us trying to flog him
