    I'd swtich Kirkland for Itandje. Poulsen should be there somewhere. Kromkamp was a fringe player that I actually remember had some decent games for us. Degen poor b*****d was made of glass, poor quality glass. In all I'd say the relative hype certain players came with have to be a factor in this, so I would also nominate Diomede, Cheyrou and Gonzales.

    Would probably keep Alberto for another season. Both Moreno and Can are young players with ideal physical properties for their respective position. I think we are now witnessing Klopp's positive influence on Can, especially the mental aspect of the game which I think most will agree is Moreno's most noticeable shortcoming.

    Just to be clear, McClean seems to be a bit idiotic himself. But, is it wrong of me to rather have wanted Klopp to have made the handshake in the end? Granted I do not know exactly what was exchanged at the dugout during the game, which may make Klopp's action perfectly acceptable, but a handshake is simply something you do after a football game.
