Where you staying? The Rosa Blanca in Gotmar (just up the road from the Port) is as close to a Liverpool bar as you'll get. Next door is a smaller Spanish bar called Aries which will have it on too.

Following Greg O'Keefe's Twitter feed of the AGM it's clear that as a club they're a complete laughing stock. Unfortunately due to the stronger than ever links to our esteemed Mayor the City will at some stage share that laughing stock status. If true that the City and the public purse are funding 2/3 of the Bramley Moore project then it's an absolute disgrace, smacks of corruption and needs to be publicly investigated. As a Liverpool City Council tax payer I've seen first hand the cuts the Mayor has made over the past few years as he's cried poverty. How many council services will close, how many parks will be covered with Redrow Homes and how many council assets will be sold at low ball prices to the Mayor's favourite developer to balance the books as he proposes to fund 2/3 of a ridiculous proposal anyway. The Finch Farm deal was bad enough, but this would be on a different level. The Metro Mayor, who I haven't seen too much of, needs to step in and get a grip of Joe sooner rather than later.
