It has a green tick which suggests that it is, in fact, correct

4D chess from FSG, that. "No mate, that salary is for 180 games" Linked with Loic Bade here, I'm all in, we can sing his name to "On A Ragga Tip" https://www.football365.com/news/liverpool-really-convinces-34m-star-sign-ideal-fit-leave-asap-rejecting-pl-rivals

Mo had a season with only 36 goal involvements, you know. His worst season in the 8 he's had with us.
-
We'll knock that out of him, he'll be shinning them out for throwins in no time
-
Well you're either triggering it or not getting him, Brighton won't sell him for less
-
Yeah. "How much did you get?" is the question
-
And Zidane attacked Materazzi that time too These Arabs need to be stopped
-
Decision on Joe is purely medical, think he's play lots if he could. Makes me sad.
-
Don't think it's "need to sell", more "wants to play" I like him, I just think it's the right thing for his own sake
-
We have six forwards in theory, but two of them have fallen off a cliff form wise and one doesn't play. It's a pickle
-
Yeah, Harvey replacement/Salah cover he seems to fit
-
Johnathan David is another one i wonder about, available free - maybe not first choice, but if you lose Nunez and Jota, then go big on one replacement and free on another
-
Deffo. Virgil on Homicide. Chiesa on traffic duty.
-
There was a stat somewhere that Gakpo had played the most games of any player in the top 5 European leagues (includes internationals) in 2024 - 71 games He might be tired
-
£25m clause. If we need 2 forwards and more creativity he seems a great option.
-
If he was a lesbian, he'd be well hung
-
Might wait for Trent to go first
-
I think that's a massive factor when comparing eras, you see lads just roll it into the corners in the old days, but now there's 6'3" athletic lads in defence and goal pouncing on everything. Obviously a modern Robbie would be leaner and quicker too, but a lot of those goals probably don't go in today.

Collymore must have a dozen assists there too.

Salah has been directly involved in 54 goals for Liverpool this season Mo Salah closing in on new contract at Liverpool There is growing expectation that Egypt forward will extend Anfield stay after Premier League club’s breakthrough in negotiations with Virgil van Dijk Paul Joyce , Northern Football Correspondent Wednesday April 09 2025, 5.00pm, The Times Mohamed Salah is closing in on an agreement with Liverpool to extend his contract and remain at Anfield. After a breakthrough in negotiations with Virgil van Dijk, the club’s captain, it is understood that there is a growing expectation that a new deal will also be struck with Salah. Both players are out of contract at the end of the season along with Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is wanted by Real Madrid. Liverpool have always been confident that Salah, 32, will continue his eight-year association with the club despite lengthy negotiations over the financial terms and length of an extension. Salah, who joined Liverpool in 2017, has indicated that he wants to remain on Merseyside Salah has been directly involved in 54 goals across all competitions for Arne Slot’s side this season — scoring 32 times and providing 22 assists — and he indicated that he wanted to remain on Merseyside, where he has established himself as one of Liverpool’s all-time greats. The Egypt international has, on occasion, voiced frustration at the process towards a renewal but sources in his homeland indicate that an accord is now close. Richard Hughes, Liverpool’s sporting director, has been leading discussions with the player’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa. Van Dijk, 33, said after last weekend’s 3-2 defeat by Fulham, which left Liverpool with an 11-point lead at the top of the Premier League table, that “progress” had been made in his own discussions. Similarly, Liverpool are banking on Salah for next season, with Slot, the head coach, having publicly stated he wants the attacker to stay as he looks to build on his first campaign at the helm. Van Dijk said over the weekend that there had been “progress” in his own contract talks The contract renewals of Salah, Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold have been a subplot to Liverpool’s rise to the top of the table, but there is a belief that two of the three players will stay. Real Madrid are confident of recruiting Alexander-Arnold, the England right back, but must inform Liverpool if they do reach an agreement with the 26-year-old. Salah is the favourite to be crowned the Premier League’s player of the year after his scoring streak and has received interest from the Saudi Pro League. However, his career is set to continue at Liverpool and, with Egypt ready to let him miss their national team camp in June, a summer off would allow him to prepare and try to maintain his standards next term.

He's continually dismissed the idea that the players are tired. It's maybe a mental thing as much as physical, but it's real. I think Salah has wilted mentally since the PSG game, he was driving for the CL and Ballon D'Or and those targets vanished

Match Topic Liverpool vs West Ham - Premier League, 13th April @ 2pm
honourablegeorge replied to ynwa.tv's topic in Liverpool FC
We do have a tendency to be lax at times, and Arsenal dropping points at Everton was a perfect catalyst for it
