The ref not giving the free for the foul on Alison was utterly bizarre. Thought Mo was great, not scoring but was pulling players all over the place and creating spaces. Lallana doing what I thought Keita would be doing for us, great performance hope he can keep that up now for the next while.

I’d rather have his ordinariness than Lovren’s madness. Lovren’s positioning tends to go all to hell too frequently too. Typically, unless he’s in earshot of VvD, he’s off lunging somewhere.

If he's playing as good as that manager thinks he is, happy days. The current system probably suits him better too, having a proper DM role, and he's likely on a relatively low wage. Klopp does seem to like him too. Hopefully he's great and we keep him.

Most annoying thing about the Pulisic thing is that he fecks up the market further, right at the windows start: sixty million for an unproven young lad, not getting his game, with contract running out means proper players prices likely now jump even higher again; e.g. can’t see Feker going for that now.
