Yes we are a big club, with the best history and a good fan base, but look at it realistically, no money, average Squad , starting in the qualifiers of the Uefa cup, and a massive battle for Europe next season, never mind Top 4. we need someone to steady the ship in the league that has the ability to motivate the squad that is there. Martin o neil and roy hodgson fit this bill perfectly - i would rather them than a laudrup or a klinsman who have big names but no experience of english football.
