Seeing Origi in the starting line-up has me asking the same question... back soon according to the Athletic:
The 29-year-old will certainly miss Sunday’s showdown with Leeds United and is unlikely to feature in Wednesday’s Champions League opener against AC Milan.
Whether he’s back in contention for the Premier League clash with Crystal Palace at Anfield next Saturday or has to wait for the trip to Brentford a week later will depend on when he’s given the green light to return to full training with Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
We may not sign any more players this summer. But at the very least, we won't sign one player from Birmingham and then put out a tweet as bad as this one, and that's got to be worth something.
Apparently Aguero wants out now. What an utter shambles.
The current state of Barcelona is one of the best arguments against the European Super League. A club so badly run deserves failure, not to be permitted to just generate more cash from operating a cartel
Thiago comforting the Swiss keeper and their young player who missed the penalty at the end... He's a king amongst men and we're lucky to have him. Can't wait for see him next season
Funny enough, I don't remember many right wingers claiming they 'just want politics out of sport' when they put poppies on the shirts.
The booing is absolutely pathetic and the players have every right to feel disgusted.
That shoot out was reminiscent of that 14-13 we had against Boro a few years ago, with the combination of great pens and terrible keeping. But fair play to De Gea for outdoing Mingolet by actually missing the decisive one as well.
This season has really redeemed itself at the end!
I gave our 6 year old a fright by cheering then laughing hysterically when the goal went in. Had to explain to my wife what happened
Later on I played a couple of clips to her from this thread in the hope it would make my reaction seem more reasonable in the circumstances. Unfortunately it hasn't made me seem any more sane
Obviously a 5-0 stroll would have been better for our collective blood pressure levels, but really you couldn't come up with a better way to win than that. Just lovely scenes at the end, so happy for Allison. A special few minutes
