Agree. I think Aussie_red is correct. I can hear Rafa saying to the lads just before kick off 'right lads remember, no goals. Cisse your starting lad as you follow my instructions to the letter, carry on this way son you'll be captain'.

I was very vocal on RAWK about GED needing to go, but I have different feelings about Rafa. As an example if Rafa makes a mistake he seems to learn from it, something HED never seemed to do and ultimately cost him.

Doesn't matter what he did for Auxerre. He's shown bog all that he'll make it in the Premiership and he's only himself to blame. Besides for £14 mill we need more than potential. GED's biggest balls up IMHO.

Can't see any similarties personally. The football we play now is far superior and if we had 2 decent can score goals strikers we'd probaly have beaten the mancs and chavs.

Not read all the thread. But if he was on pay as you play It'd be brilliant to have him home. I reckon he could get fit enough FOR US as his heart would be home. He'd shock a few doubters IMHO.

I love him, and his passing is a lot better than he's given credit on here. FFS you'd think every pass he makes went to the oppo the way some go on about it. Rather him than the likes of Murphy.
