I think (could have misheard) that all of the top 10 players who have been booked most but have never been sent off are ‘good lad’ English players/internationals. For example, Tarkc***ski, Dawson, Dan Burn, a few others. Also bears out, I think, why Salah gets manhandled without fouls being given. It’s (un)conscious bias.

Unless he knows for sure that Salah is staying, then it'll be a right winger, not a left winger we need. Obviously. I'd like two midfielders, but we don't NEED two as much as elsewhere - right back being so obvious.

Yeah, all this is true. I do think though that Slot is a tactical near-genius. He identified in 30 seconds that Salah is the goals, and a little after that noticed we had no good #9, so adapted to that, including having Dom do what he does. I think you, maybe Yugo think Dom has hit his ceiling, or is close to it. I don't particularly. Fine margins perhaps.

Palace is after Easter though, so you'll have to go to your Mother In Law's like a good boy. They'll beat Brentford and Ipswich no bother. ;)
