The injunction can't actually stop the deal - it doesn't have juristiction - that we know from yesterday - the problem in particular is how it may effect RBS's business interests in Texas, so they don't want to risk it. I would think RBS having been put in this position by Hicks can't have made them any happier with him.

They have to lift it for a variety of reasons - to act themselves and to avoid being in contempt over here. It works for the board and NESV too - they can complete.

Oh give over John - nobody's hanging on my every word anymore than anyone else is on anyone's elses ffs. My posts on this are my opinion based on what is happening in the courts and out of particpants mouths and actions - just like everyones else and I don't think anyone here is so stupid as to think otherwise.

I never made such 'it's all over' proclamations - I've been trying to keep up with the legal ends and how that's going. Legaly, all the bricks are on Broughton's side, that's all I've been saying - I can't see where I've been more gung-ho than anyone else.

Could be - though it could also be as a result of HC actions here they couldbe in contempt as only the board were given permission to sort the future of the club. It;s cinfusing to say the least.

Probably - our side (so to speak) have been less vocal about what they are doing and when, so we're not sure apart from the binding agreement thing.
