I'd rather they didn't win it but I'd rather we won the league and they won that than neither of us win either. We define our own seasons. -
The loss of a fee is on the club more than him. We've no right to expect him to sacrifice anything to get us any more than we've already got from him. The 'switch' stuff is complete trolling bellendry though and I don't really see why anyone would want to contrive a send off for him after that. Maybe there isn't an 'acceptable' way for someone in his situation to leave but at least f***ing try me cos this defo isn't it so I'll just address what is in front of me.

I don't know if there would be much booing. It would be massively small time but then so in its own way would be trying to celebrate him - proper Blues***e when Moyes went to United vibes. Tugging the forelock to your 'betters' - f*** that. I'd just rather he didn't play for us again, can't be arsed with the side story. He no more 'deserves' a big send off than we 'deserve' him to stay here forever.

I really don't care enough about Arsenal to even give consideration to whatever mad contrived way of winning it would piss them off the most. Much prefer to just win every game.
