Was on holiday in Portugal last week, and got to the beach at 9.30am.... I lay down under an umbrella wih the book, and finished it by 5pm the same day My missus then read it the next day. I never realised how close he came to never having a career, and what a role Steve Heighway played in his development. All in all it is a great book, and it certainly taught me a few things about him and his mates at LFC.... Also nice that he cleared him wearing the Bluenose strip up, as well as all the other kits he collected. Was also rather surprised of how he spoke of the likes of Scholes, G Neville, and Beckham, so highly. It's also nice to see some sportsmanship such as Terry and Henry contacting him before and after the Champs League final to wish him luck and congratulate him. All in all an excellent read
