I reckon things will start to look better when Thiago can play 90mins. We've been sorely lacking creativity from our midfield three, and he just looks utterly immense. He knows he's the best thing since sliced bread and probably isnt at all concerned by the s***e in second place.

I know having that type of confidence is usually helpful for top sportsmen but with Adrian is irritates the hell out of me. He balls up and is immediately over it, and starts to do his rallying the troops thing. Reckon he would be a right pain to live with.

In regards to when the ball leaves the players foot, maybe a better idea is to freeze the frame when the sound of the ball being hit is heard. Or develop an AI that actually can determine decisions in the blink of an eye. Who cares if it goes all HAL on us, at least we can celebrate goals again.

Furious right now. Doesnt look like VVD is offside (the line they draw just doesnt make any sense) and Mane is clearly onside too. Spineless refereeing today. All this VAR stuff does is give the c**** who f*** up on a regular basis more opportunity to f*** up.

Thought Naby was a positive. We lacked a lot of our usual urgency but that was to be expected. Def feels weird watching footy again after all that has occurred and still occurring. Was a nice distraction even if I couldn't properly get my head into it. -

Our subs were terrible today. -
I've been watching a lot of highlights from our mid/late 90's games (plenty on youtube if anyone is looking) and Owen really was something else. Without the hamstring issue (5 months he was out with that) which cut short his pace, and destroyed his confidence, we would probably be talking about the greatest england player ever.
