Pull the plug on the Barry deal... Let Barry make the next move if he really wants to sign for us, we should not get held ransom if we've already got quality players in that position.

dos santos has potential, but he is soooooooooooooo overrated, no final ball, he wouldnt be an improvement for our squad at all, and a very very big risk for the price mentioned, we should and will stay clear of him

Xabi plus 5-10m for Iniesta??? He could be our "diego" player and is quite versatile to be shifted through midfield as are babel and gerrard

I keep reading that Hatem Ben Arfa is being linked to Arsenal. I think he would give us great balance on the righ hand side, Imo he's the same type of player as Babel with a bit more technical ability from what I've seen. Would be a good addition to our squad in the same mould as babel was last season for a similar price. Here's hoping!

If we got barry I think we could play him as a left back. carra-skrtel-agger-barry would be a really really solid backline IMO should keep alonso unless theres a ridiculous offer for him 20M or upwards... We need a bit of flair in the attacking midfield babel has been amazing this season and hopefully hell continue to improve. So I don't think were too many signings away from a real title challenge. But whoever we sign has to be real quality.
