I know the Sun thing pissed alot of people off but it was kindof the same as the NOTW / Sun debate. At the time he sold his story to the Scottish Sun which was a different editorship and so fell into the none boycott area, if I remember correctly. Still wasn't a wise move (and I'm not condoning it) but I still feelthat overshadows what he did for the club on the field. -

He's not wrong though, Defoe would be a better option than Voro. I know Voro was free but Defoe would offer us more. Get his confidence up and he'd get 15-20 a season.

I agree with Snorky on this one, you can't pick and choose your matches. On another point why don't we just have 5 outfield players on the bench. The amount of times that a keeper gets injured can be counted on one hand, surely the extra outfield option would work more times than it fails?

I always thought it was an editorship thing but couldn't understand the grief Souness got as his story was with the Scottish Sun and they had a completely different editorship and is completely different papaer from the Sun as we know it in everything but name.
