He's covering a hell of a lot of ground on the pitch, really putting a shift in. Playing Jones instead is a completely different dynamic. Macca at 10 with Jones behind...? maybe. Very interesting watching Jones yesterday. He had a great game and was involved in all the big moments, but at the same time his need for extra touches all the time were really highlighted. If he can start moving the ball a bit quicker he could really elevate his position and status. He's clearly got loads of talent and actually looked quite physical yesterday. Bullied Plamer.
