  1. The FA Cup's sponsored isn't it - I haven't got a clue by whom though! FA Cup is an institution so the sponsor's name just doesn't get used by fans. But there's obviously still some value for the sponsor. It'll be the same for the Pukka Pies Stadium @ Anfield.
  2. It's nice to wear. Alot of people on here of gone on about it having a cheap / scratchy look, but that's so far from the truth. It's very soft. Not sure I'd fancy playing football in it, but maybe the team's kit will be slightly different material? The home kit is the best we've had for YEARS, and sales are off to a good start.... http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/latest-news/record-sales-for-new-kit The away isn't that bad, especialyl if you remember some of the Adidas ones from the 90's. That third one is a bit of a shocker though. I'm hoping it'll grow on me, but it'll only get worn a few times surely? Last year's horrible blue thing was only worn a handful of times.

  4. This thread's gone a bit Flake-y
  5. Really! What a bellend. Although I don't suppose Reina would be saying Carragher is one of the best defenders in the PL (some history with them isn't there).
  6. fixed that for you
  7. I love Skrtel in those pictures. We should stick the photos in the tunnel at Anfield to scare the crap out of away teams
  8. The material is nice, not sure why people are not happy with it. The away kit is fairly decent, just a shame about the grey neckline. Much prefer these to the template adidas kits.
  9. Not quite the halfway line, but still a hell of a strike. Just after the whistle had blown for a freekick. Great player. I also like the way he clobbered Ivanovic the other night. Needs to be a bit careful with that though

    Neil Mellor

Sad news, but thanks for Arsenal & Olympiakos. From his tweets it's clear he still loves this club.
  11. yes, but would love something better than "one Andy Carroll".
  12. If the kit looks good people will buy it. Plenty will buy it even if it looks sh**. People don't buy it because it says "adidas" and they won't not buy it because it says "Warrior". The only thing you should be worrying about is whether this small manufacturer can cope with the volume of kits that will be sold. But I'm guessing most of the production is outsourced/offshored to the far east and it doesn't matter how big Warrior is.
  13. Will he be in the team for Saturday do you think? Am a bit nervous about Sat / Tues, have a bad feeling the t*** will stick the knife in.
  14. quiet in here today
  15. evidence that he doesn't actually watch our games

    Kenny

Shouldn't we be sacking the striker coach then (if there is such a thing)?
  18. just showed that to a Sheff Utd fan at work. He like it
  19. Henderson...
  20. Why do you take issue with that, surely he's just pointing out why LFC fans were booing Evra? i.e. we "don't accept the validity, logic or Independence of that inquiry."
  21. his passing has been excellent hasn't it! Really great to see him doing well.
  22. The word used is reported to be "Negro". If you apply English language meaning to that then it would be offensive. Except it was used in a sentence spoken in Spanish, in which it has a wholly different meaning. Much like Evra is reported to have called Suarez a "South American" except he also used a Spanish term which has a derogatory meaning. The fact that Evra reportly also spoke to Suarez in Spanish should surely give weight to the possibility that Suarez might have expected him to understand how he was using "Negro"
  23. But isn't the defence that it wasn't really about the colour of his skin. He effectively referred to Evra in the same way as Alan Hanson is "Jock" or that he calls Dirk "Blondie".
