Rafa has forgoten more than any of us on here can remember about being a mangaer. All i was saying in the first post was tonight IMO he got it wrong. That doesnt make my opinion or anyone elses right or wrong it is to debate over.

Thats it right can you first tell me as to why my thread has been changed. I have said nothing harmfull to any one Rafa included. I s no one allowed to say something negative about anyone connected to the club!!! I love Rafa and as i say he is and will become a bifgger legend. all i have done is staed MY opinion in that he got the team wron tonight, nothing more and nothing less I havent slared him asked for his head just stated a fact imo. With the starting 11 Why not start with Gerrard?? Ok if he has a dead leg fine he should not on the bench. Also would have had Hamman in the middle with stevie put wide. If true then it can turn into a pull in a second, either the first minute or the last. The sub with taking of fowler???? Why was Garcia still on the pitch he had one of his games to forget. We sould have took him off with Cisse wide right with pace and leave god there to pick up the pieces in the box. fowler cant play on sunday so give him 90 mins tonight!!! This is not a whitch hunt or a knee jerk reaction just my opinion on TONIGHTS game only. We still lack the creativity from midfield and the co-ertion between upfront and midfield is lacking. I love Rafa and think he will become A real legend (by winning us the prem) so im not asking for his head etc just saying tonight he got it wrong. I do blame yet again bad defending from set pieces for the goal. With the Crowd behind us we can do the damage in the home tie but really we should have got something out of tonight. Having watched the last 4 games it seems to me we are missing something other than blaming the strikers. First of all exept for Cisse missing against the scum can anyone tell me another chance any striker has "missed" also Garcia against brum (only 2 though) To score goals strikers need to be given the ball and the midfield create for them . I cant recall only for once today a great ball been put in the six yard box.. we havent given them crosses that have been inch perfect. I feel as a team we need to create more for the strikers whoever they are. We have had very little of that from the team as a whole, corners set pieces around the box we are terrible cant deliver at all. while i agree the strikers are not on top form i feel the team as a whole need to look at the chances we are creating for them and when we do that then lets have a go at the strikers until then , we need to look at us to create more.

Pressure.do we a favour hes 30 and played top flight football in more pressure games than this.its not as if hes 17 making his debut or anything.play your strongerst team and IMO Fowler in it is stronger than what we have started with.
