The jury is still out on him IMO. He was awful at times last season but he has started well. Will be interesting to see how he copes with Cole on Sunday.
I never really got the obsession with Alves. Hes a very good footballer but weak defensively and Id much prefer Finnan at right full. In saying that he has the ability to do some very bad things to JAR on Sunday
I read an interview with Martinez recently and he said Rafa has been very helpful since hes got the Swansea job. He has been given permission to look at a few of our young lads so there might be a few more youngsters moving to Wales.
He was so more intelligent than any other player that it was painful to watch. I dont know how many times I seen him play a killer pass but for none of the other players to read it. He'd be great in the current squad
