    I just hope the story of the season isn't the points we lost at Spurs due to VAR and the piss poor refs. Offside shouldn't be measured in millimeters. It was created originally to stop players blatantly waiting by the opposition goal. It needs to be changed, maybe to daylight, I appreciate it is still going to be contentious but at least its benefiting the attackers then.

    They should adjust the offside rule. The Coventry goal was yet another that highlighted how insane it is to try and measure. The spirit of the law was to stop goal hanging wasn't it?

    Yes, he clearly needs a football break now but i don't see him retiring and he will be reinvigorated. He's got another big job in him.

    I don't think many would feel that we need his departure? Other than for his own health if that's the case but i would be more than happy if he was reinvigorated and carried on. Look at his predecessors for a clue to the future. Mediocrity beckons. He's been let down by some players who started off poorly and never got any better but the guts of it is good.
