Ben Davies literally won the lottery. Lucky that wages aren’t actually related to transfer fees at all. If Davies is earning that after signing for 1.5M, Haaland would be after 6M pw!

Nat Phillips and Ben Davies are both on 60k pw according to that. Surely not reliable based on that alone!

Do you think he still earns that now? Or do you agree that their top players wage increase as their standing increases and so, irrespective of what they were signed for in the case of the £50m chaps? Bit weird to not believe that City aren’t taking the piss out of FFP now, more than ever.

The league is going to be mentally fatiguing now. Need to manage that to keep the players up for the CL. May as well blood young players, try new systems and keep the ‘superstars’ focused on the CL only.

Ok but not for me. We’ve lost 5 times in a row at home so this is the only game we should be caring about. Get a winning attitude and some confidence back and carry that into the RB game. I can’t see any other team losing at home 5 in a row this season and we’re far, far better than most.

No, far from it but, if he’s writing this season off, then that won’t end well. Team needs to be trying to win every game. The old every game Is a cup final mantra but they look like they aren’t assed. If they play well against Leipzig then that will say a lot about attitude.

Unfortunately seems to be the case. not many teams recover from this sort of show, something is rotten to the core. Writing this season off and starting again seems to be the plan but a manager never survives that attitude, and rightly so.
