  2. Who else thought this bump was going to say 'injured'!?
  3. Those other teams might offer him more wages so he’ll choose to sit it out. Hopefully this works out though and we can get Bellingham for £124M then.
  4. On the basis that they’re retired so you are working on them all at peak, Thiago keeps his place based on his peak. Makes sense that Xabi drops out but feels odd.
  5. Same. Bobs top 10 v Jurgen Top 10 is quite subjective, as below, but no one cares about the techy guy in the background. So, you are right, seems that role is a piss of piece and actually its all on the manager and rightly so. For fun and no doubt not accurate, i go for the best 10, 5 each, score draw:- Neal McDermott Hansen Dalglish Souness Kennedy Whelan Rush Lawrenson Nicol Van Dijk Alisson Robertson Mane Salah Hummels Lewandowski Fabinho Reus Wijnaldum
  6. Is this a defence of this summers midfield recruitment? I’ve got lost in our sarcasm.
  7. Or don’t. The incumbent didn't have to.
  8. Yes, if he’s that good then it’s a great investment up to a certain amount The talent doesn't seem as obvious as Mbappe and Haaland though but the price seems to be heading that way.
  9. Yes, but I would prefer no one than two Keitas.
  10. Is anyone bothered as to whether Jude Bellingham is going to be worth the fortune he is going to cost? Even if we can afford to buy him, surely there’s an amount that is too much anyway.
  11. There will be better ways to spend >£100M than on Jude Bellingham. No doubt another overhyped English player. He'll be someones Sancho and we'll get a Diaz or two.
  12. Well, yeah I suppose. I just can’t see why he is ambling now about when he needs to help defend. Where’s the urgency gone.
  13. Well, just a moment ago the ball was lost high on the right, did he chase back, no. They had a shot from it and he was ambling back across the halfway line at that point. That is either lazy (can’t be arsed) or tactics. Seriously think Klopp has said don’t close down if you lose it? I’ll wager he gets subbed shortly.
  14. Form no, all attitude. Lazy and big time.
  15. No way. He has the core of a great team but he must have some rotten apples. He has to root them out, whoever they are.
  16. It’s a poor show if the top players have lost heart due to a lack of signings. Diaz and Nunez are decent acquisitions - we are short in midfield but that can’t be a reason for Salah, Trent, Fabinho to down tools. They aren’t working hard.
  17. Jurgen needs to drop some of the big names. They aren’t playing for him and clearly just cant be f***ed.
  18. Only one team wants this. Salah might be the big player we have hung onto to watch their decline. Usually happens somewhere else.

  20. He’s not a miracle worker of course but on the back of a draining season like last, we appear to have orchestrated a pre-season that produced fitness levels of knackered or broken. Clearly there’s also an understandable hangover from last year that isn’t easy for some of them to shake.
  21. Presumably he was partially appointed on the basis that he would know the answer to that question?
  22. From Hendo/Fab/Thiago to Elliott/Hendo/Milner in a matter of games. Small wonder the performances have dropped. No depth, no legs and no forward thinking.
  23. The tactics weren’t working though. We had really wide lads but no centre forward.
  24. If Jurgen was taking over now, he’d drop them as quick as possible. They no longer fit a Klopp team.
