As an attacking midfielder. As a left midfielder over Robben. No. As a deep midfielder over Alonso. No. His tackling is famous for being a joke. So, just for you, he isn't better than Gerrard as an attacking midfielder. Nor Cech as a goalkeeper, Finnan as a right back....... repeat until last striker. Hope this helps.

Spurs and Chelsea. Chelsea are a big club now, like it or not. The best players in the world will join them, regardless of the reason why, that puts them into the bracket as a big club imo.

To play in that team he needs to oust Gerrard. I'm not blind to how good Scholes is, he just isn't as good as Gerrard. At his best, Gerrard is the best.

Crouch will play second fiddle to Kuyt until he leaves, simply because he is not as good as Kuyt. There are plenty of players that rafa has bought in because of budget restraints that will eventually be replaced in his search for the title winning side, I just hope gets the time.

I hope we don't sign many players aswell, a lot of signings results in another season passing us by in the championship. However, we are short on quality. We are three top class players away from a serious tilt at the title imo. Two wide players and another serious goalscorer. That adds up to a lot of money though.

Bellamy and Kuyt will improve on last years side eventually. The rest are no improvement on the best players we had available in those positions a year ago.

No. There will be no Champions league football for LFC next season, this will lead to Gerrard, Alonso, Kuyt and anyone else you rate leaving and a steady period of decline. Is that the right answer? -
It will click, and we will go on a championship run of form. The pressure is off, the title is no longer on the agenda and now the players will perform, no doubt about it. Pressure is enormous at LFC and clearly not many players can hack it and that has been the problem for ages.
