Good question, I did wonder was there much hostility/opposition from him when your minutes where presented to him. I do feel he is the right man in the position he is in, his statements to SOS where far to bold and he would have known that they would come across as such and would be realeased into the public domain. He may have watered them down so that he has some defence with G&H but as far as he is concerned the word is out. Saying that, you could come up with all sorts of conspricary theories the way things have gone on the last few years.

Degen always seems more in control than Babel, when Babel runs at someone the likely outcome is he runs into the man, ball and all. Babel prob has more natural ability but Degens attitude and workrate means you'll get more out of him and he has that bit of a trick and pace which means he a is a threat. Degen for me over babel.

Would it be possible to have an unoffical mosiac on the kop for that night? Get the seat plan and spell out YANKS OUT and then have SOS hand out bright yellow t-shirts (XXL - to fit over coats/jackets etc) to those seats for people to wear during the game. They should be visible on a cold December night when most people in dark colours. May be very hard to organise with number of helpers needed to hand out t-shirts, get people to agree to wear them and getting them into ground. Someone else may know what would be involved.

I'd be no genius but I got it straight up. My logic for getting it wrong was that he thought maybe that Blackburn won the league in 1992 (was 1994) and that he is where he got Kenny from. I don't think anyone would think Liverpool won the league in 1992.

Quick one for you's. Irish based, over christmas got a letter from LFC with what I thought was a new fancard in it. Looking at it it was a "members card" with my name, fancard number but it has a seat in the Upper Centenary allocated to it. I then read the letter and it made reference to terms and conditions in the season ticket renewal. Got the chance yesterday when back at work to log into my Fancard Account and it had listed in my purchase history a season ticket purchase and additional ticket for the United game earlier in the season. It even had payment reference numbers which I haven't paid. It also had the re-issue of the card I received in December listed. I would assume that they have allocated some-one season ticket to me in error. Does the Members card allow access to the games? Is this a new thing or has it always been that way all season. This is the first time I have ever received anything from the club in relation to such an item. Does this mean that some-one will miss out on a few games until they get the TO to sort it out? Should I contact them and tell them of their error? Or should I turn up for the next home game and fight for my seat!!! Its in my name!!
