Possibly but I think everyone thought we would of sold Xabi for 20M by now. The lack of interest in him, especially from Spain, has got me gobsmacked. In La Liga, Serie A infact most leagues in the world Xabi will be a stand out IMO, he's a class act. I think there is more to the story we do not know about.

Reading this thread and was just about to mention that. You say it much nicer than me cos I would of said we are repaying Villa with their s***. f*** em, MON has been a mouthy prick through the whole thing and he IMO embarrassed himself. He might get his 18M or 16M but I hope he gets f***all time to spend it, the d****ead.

Who knows, especially in this market! I havent seen a whole lot of him but I thought he was very effective in the Euro's where I saw every game.

My thoughts are Aston Villa have gone out early and leaked this. I seriously doubt that if true, the fee is anything like that in reality.

I agree. Think this team works against most of the s**** sides and we will only play this against s**** IMO. Provides the best balance in that we get all our best players playing in their best positions (or close enough) Edit: Think we are going to play 4-3-3 against the stronger sides.

Damn right. f*** Spurs, they think there taking our spot in the top 4 and we have taken their VC. We probably allowed them to speak s**** about us in order to keep relations with their fans. Noone will give a f*** in 2 months except the Spurs fans as we disappear into the distance. Thanks for info ES, much appreciated as always.

I must admit that's pretty much spot on. Bascombe has played an important role on reflection. IMO if we lose Rafa we could be in real trouble (unless DIC save us) because we cannot afford to rebuild again and many of our better players see Rafa as an annual trip to the ECL semi's+. CB alerted us to the possible reality of Rafa being replaced, you know the rest. He gets criticised for that but I actually think in time he will be lauded for it.

I don't know where the post is but I remember ES being well ahead of anyone on Keane, he didn't call it as "done" but how could he that far out. He called it though.

He's a hell of a lot better IMO. Oneill would struggle with us, I just do not think he would be able to handle the pressures of a club the size of LFC. Rafa IMO revels in it.
