His comments on Instanbul are f***ing laughable in the extreme. This guy is supposed to be a red (apparantly) and writes that crap. Any decent red knows what Gerrard was doing when he summoned the supporters after he scored. He rallyed the troops and supporters as any good captain would. He believed and the rest followed.

He's an option and has played there quite a bit. He did well there once for us if i remember right.

The way i see it Rafa does not want us to ever leave a player in limbo as we did with Barry. Our reputation will soon be f***ed if this happens again. Rafa is asking for control over the budget allocated to him. In otherword when he singles out a player (Barry) as his no 1 target he gets the call as to whether we pay 18M for him or not. Not unreasonable IMO.

Seventy bazillion dollars. No way is Sami missing out on the chance to win the title and his 10 year qualification for a testimonial.

Since the two own goals in his first two games last season Sami has been nothing short of outstanding in every game. His level of consistency and professionalism sets down a marker at this club that can only help players like Skrtel, Agger and San jose etc. I really hope we sign him on as a player registered coach next season and keep him in the club.

Have to admit I am surprised this one has been overturned and why it takes 2 months is very strange. Any decent organisation would have this done sharpish, however this is the FA/PL (both jokes).

Sadly that appears to be the case. As we get closer to the "precious" the tension seems to rise. It's self defeating at best mindless at worst. Having said that we are clearly not playing our best and a good 4-0 or 5-0 might lift the mood a bit, especially at Anfield. Hopefully Rafa see's this and lets the shackles loose against Hull.
