I took my first look at the league table today and it seems we are top. We did noone tell me about this before?

I dont think his pace will be as much of a weapon against the deep pompey defence tonight, but I would still like to see hiim start. He needs a song too.

The remaining 29 matches worry me. Everyone of them will something different to the previous. Pompey - Crouchy return, our manager left us, boo hoo etc etc Spurs - New manager, trying to get into the top four...... West Brom - Becuase they will park the team bus in front of the goal. Bolton - because they are dirty c****. etc, etc, etc.

Some 'experts' will just never change their opnions and its all because of the eighties. The majority of guys now commentating would have been around when we won leagues for fun and im sure they were f***ing pissed off about it and quite simply have never got over it. They would much prefer for us to stand in the wilderness while the good ship manc over takes us. f*** them all, their opinions are irrelevant, what matters is what we do on the pitch and so far this season we are doing it.

He said that Spurs offered £5m which was a huge offer to Pompey and considering the recession and credit crunch £5m is a lot of money to team like Pompey who, at max capacity, take 19k per home game.

Harry just on Setanta sports now, He will be in the dressing room tomorrow for the spurs game. Sounds like HR was told to go tbh. Somewhere in north london some spurs fan out on the beer tonight will wake up tomorrow morning with Harry Redknapp at the helm!
