I thought that was f***ing crazy. It seems they gave up booing Scotish players playing in England and moved to Northern Irish players playing in Scotland.

I think so too. I cant see them coming to Anfield to take the points. They will keep it tight and fight for every ball.

Good article from Hansen today on the beeb. Here for full article. He talks a lot about Eboue from the weekend but I think its also something our own fans should consider after recent Anfield atrocities. Good paragraph here: Wise from Hansen and it is certainly something I would like to see eradicated from Anfield as soon as possible. Somehow or other I feel that I could be waiting for some time.

No matter who plays midweek the lad Insua had an encouraging day. He got forward well and did what he needed to do at the back. All is not lost with Dossena IMO.

In this instance the 'Rafa player' would be overlooked IMO. He has probably two seasons left in him, so its not as if he would need to fit into Rafa's long term plans as he would be a short term fix. A front line of Torres and Henry would be f***ing amazing and if he was to be added in Jan then who knows where we could be come May.

I assume you mean generations of the academy? Even at that there are a few promising lads there at the moment but none that could be described as been brought through. AS you said this is a problem at every big club and isnt about to change in the near future.
