    Ahh ffs. Tragic news. Met him for the first time in The Stanley pre match. I was walking to the bar and this loud vice shouted to me, “Are you Bootser?” I said I was and thought to myself, “And who the f^^^ are you?” Little did I realise that Dee had wired him off as to who I was. When I knew who he was I instantly started calling him Swanney which he seemed to like. From posts that I’ve seen over the years, including Koptalk, it was unmistakeable that Vic was a highly intelligent dude. He could argue any point from Apartheid to Zionism and everything in between. Rest easy Vic. RIP
