Well it is dependent on us not securing a deal for Owen in time. I personally believe that Owen is desperate to get back to England for personal reasons as much as anything. In that way I don't really blame him for keeping his options open (Mancs aside). However if this deal doesn't come off now I think it will be because we've left it too late to play our hand, and I've never been a fan of brinkmanship in the first place when it comes to football clubs. If it comes off, along with the other possible deals, then great. However I'm becoming increasingly negative about the way the club is handling things at the moment.
