Well having also bought the fanzine around that time I can tell you it had nothing to do with the criticism of the team but the fact that the Editor adopted a stance of slagging off players and GH that was puerile in the extreme. I would have been able to read the magazine if it had been simply critical but there was no need for the abuse that was being directed at the individuals in question. If you posted that kind of thing on here (at the time) you'd probably get banned and rightly so. As a result I will not buy that fanzine anymore. I believe that Dave U is very knowledgeable and undeniably well connected. I know he shows a keen interest in the youth teams etc and fair play to him. But I think he was way below the belt previously and my opinion of him and my respect for him was considerably lessened as a result.
