    Not great but he was out of position so can’t really criticise him too much. His best form was through the centre. I don’t remember him being brilliant out wide, especially on the left

    Also, we played 4231 a fair few times last season so who's to say a new lad wouldn't start alongside the front three in some games.

    We've sold Ings for nearly £20m and didn't Camacho leave for about £5m? Grujic loan fee was another £2m. Even if we just sell Kent and Wilson to add to those three, you're looking at over £50m surely.

    Either way we could raise at least £50m from sales so get someone in at least.

    Even if that is the budget, we’ve sold Ings for nearly £20m and when you add the likely sales of Wilson and Kent that’d give us at least £70-£75m to spend this summer surely. Sturridge’s wages have gone too. I don’t get it. Maybe we’re waiting for a few more to go.

    I’m not expecting us to spend £100m on a front three player but surely we could spend half that and it could potentially make a big difference. I’d imagine we can get at least £20m from Kent and Wilson too (not sure what’s going on with Lovren either). It seems such a big risk to rely on Brewster and Origi. We already know there’s hardly any room for error if you want to win the league.

    I can’t see it being the case that Klopp wants to bring in players and he’s being told there’s no money. If we suffer a few injuries up front and have a poor season he’ll get the majority of the blame yet he’ll take it to cover for the owners not giving him any money? Seems unlikely.

    I think we're alright in midfield with those two having a bigger impact (hopefully) next season. Not getting someone in as competition for the front three will be tough to understand though.

    Just incase anyone's looking, I have Manchester-Madrid flights (leaving Thursday, returning Monday) for £300 in total if anyone looking for late travel.
