i'd like to see that permutation too - i think fowler has got the nous to form a rapport with someone of that pace. whether arsenal are the right opponents to try it out against may be another matter, but morientes and crouch aren't exactly overbrimming with confidence.

on tv it sounded much louder than a run of the mill banger. so hats off to the perpetrator for maximising the stadium acoustics -
i think the flo loan has deprived us of a vital element of pace up front - particularly as cisse seems to be limited to a right-sided role. i'm somewhat surprised that rafa was happy enough to dispense with that 'possibility'
